Mark's Meal


Mark is working on establishing a nice little tradition of homecooked meals on Sunday evenings. And I'm all for it as long as he keeps cooking like the one he made last week--We had a beer can roasted chicken with all sorts of yummy spices, congri (Cuban rice and beans), and fried plaintains. It was delicious and a fun way to stave off those Sunday night yuckies!

Next up: Irish stew and soda bread!
