There's no doubt we're in the desert here in Lemoore! It's hot with a capital H--the heat is unrelenting and reaches sweltering temps (High 105! Low 75!). To catch a breather from the weather, Sissy set up the girls' new inflatable pool set, given to them for their b-day by their "Opa" Jim. It is quite the fancy-schmancy toy, complete with lots of shooting streams of water, a slide, and a whale to climb on. I ran downstairs from my temporary office upstairs just as they got in and snapped some adorable shots. I'm really going to miss these ladies! (And their parents, too!)
