Shout Outs...

OK, haven't said "shout outs" in about three years, but the phrase just popped into my head as I wanted to say congrats to bec, for her big win in the Westchester Tri this morning, and happy birthday to Brittany, who celebrated a very big birthday in Vegas this weekend! I'm sorry I wasn't there to either root Bec on or celebrate with Brittany, but my thoughts were definitely with you!
