Rachel A. just sent along some rather disturbing pics of what's left of good ol' UMCY. I guess they're in the process of demolishing the building and seem to be doing a very sloppy job of doing so. Yup, that is what was once the deck (remember those murals?) as well as what remains of the pool itself. Look closely and you can see the black lane lines buried beneath the debris...so sad!

So sad! I swear that was my mom's home away from home! I can't believe the Y is coming down!!!!!
By the way, those aren't the same murals. They must have been updated in the late 90's!
